To have a chance at getting your story published, email A&Me at contact@aandme.co.uk including the following details.

• A short bio about yourself, including any links to your blog or social media sites, you would like to include. If you want to remain anonymous, that is fine too.
• Include a title for your piece.
• Paste your post directly into the email or in an attached word document. No PDFs please.
• Include 4-5 original high resolution photos and at least one landscape photo which are relevant to your post.
• We will let you know if your story will be published to our site and shared across other social media platforms.
